Description

This Westbond 7400A Ultrasonic Manual Wedge Wire Bonder (s/n 5763) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
The label lists the model number as 7416A (thermocompression wedge bonder), but this system has obviously been converted to a 7400A (ultrasonic wedge bonder).
This machine has already been refurbished by our technician, and is wrapped up, and ready for crating (the first six photos above show the machine before refurbishment, and the second six photos show the machine after refurbishment). We can ship as soon as we receive payment.
It comes with a K~Sine K1400 Ultrasonic Generator, a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope with 10X eyepieces, and a Heated Mechanical-Clamp Workholder (the adjustable backstop is missing in the first photos, but was added during refurbishment). The Temperature Controller is built into the machine, with
Work Heat
temperature adjustment dial on the front panel.
Consumables (wire and wedges) are NOT included. Vendors can be recommended at the time of purchase.
We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is.
We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
