This is a very expensive clinical auditory diagnostic system offered at well below 50% retail price.  It is almost complete with all standard equipment and actually has some other optional equipment included.
Of all the Maico 4X-series audiometers currently on eBay... mine is the least expensive and yet it is also the most complete and best taken care of (per maintenance records I will include with the machine).
It has been very well taken care of
and calibrated annually
since purchased new.  I do not have all of the certificates but I have several and will include.  As you can see in photos, this was last serviced/calibrated in July, 2019.  It has been sitting in a closet since then.  I do not show the top of the case and its handle in photos but they are great shape (much nicer than the bottom of the case which I do show in last photo...)
I personally tested all functions of the machine, headphones and microphone and there are no issues.
The only thing you will need to add is a basic, monitor/mic headset.  This is a generic and inexpensive piece of equipment available at most department stores...
The case shows wear in form of scratches, scuffs, paint loss etc but it is structural very solid and clean on the inside.  All brass hinges and latches are in excellent working order.
