This is a seven-piece hand-made set of five desk accessories, including three separate or stackable paper holders, a horizontal paper clip / pencil holder,  a vertical pen/pencil holder with a lid and a matching obelish, crafted at my Custom request from a valuable Cedar wood called Thuya, which is from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. I acquired this set from the craftsman at his shop in the Old Bazaar of Marrakesh, Morocco, during business trips and used it on my desk before I retired. As seen in the images, the wood has very artistic natural burls. The wood still has a very pleasant aroma,  a considerably lighter cedar fragrance than the cedars of California and the Northern Mid West. It has several small natural wood imperfections. The natural colorings are variations of brown.  The pieces include: (1) one 16"-high obelisk, similar in shape to the Washington Monument and the ancient Egyptian obelisks. The obelisk base is 4 1/2" square. (2) - (4) Two pen, pencil, marking pen and paper clip holders, one horizonal rectangular one with a hinged top and the other, vertical and round with a removable top. The box is 10" x 4 1/2" x 1 3/4." The cylindrical holder is 7 1/4" x 3 1/2" diameter.  (5) - (7) Three letter or in/out/file trays, 12 3/4" x 9 1/2" x 2 1/4." All dimensions are approximate. Total unpackaged weight is about 12#.
According to Wood Magazine, about 100 B.C. the famous Roman Senator Marcus Tullius Cicero paid today's equivalent of ,000 U.S.D. for a table made of this same Thuya cedar wood; and on another occasion, King Solomon reportedly sent axmen to bring back great quantities of this same Moroccan Thuya cedar to augment the Lebanese cedar in his new Temple.
If you buy this set, I am certain you will enjoy it at least as much as I did. I will package these items carefully, as the art objects they really are, for delivery to you. I hate to part with this wonderful set but, being retired, I must down-size. The price reflects eBay  and required delivery signature fees.
